The Rodarte SS10 catwalk collection saw Tribal tattoos on the arms of the models. Makeup artist James Kaliardos wanted to look at the darker side of beauty. Using the heavy false tattoos on every arm of every model gives a 'harsh' look and looks more impressive from afar than up close because the whole look can be seen. Odile Gilbert was the hair designer for this collection, and used a very messy look which was in place yet still had the 'bad girl' look about it, with the added detail of a piece of material across the hair sprayed in place on each models head.
